Innisfil Community Planning Permit (CPP) By-Law Survey

Welcome to the Town of Innisfil Community Planning Permit (CPP) By-law survey. The feedback you provide will help shape the overall objectives of the by-law and help us to understand your needs and area of concern when it comes to guiding the future development of our Town. A Community Planning Permit System (CPP) System is a tool that provides Innisfil with the ability to regulate and manage development in a more streamlined and flexible manner. It combines the zoning, site plan, and minor variance processes into one approval process. The Town already has an existing CPPS called “Our Shore”, which only applies to the lands along the shoreline. The Town is looking to expand the CPPS to be town-wide.
