The world of communication is changing, and so is Innisfil. Help us build a Communications Strategy that works for our town!
It's a priority for us to connect, engage and share information with you, our community, about municipal programs and services. To make sure we’re doing it right, the Town is developing a Communications Strategy that will guide our corporate communication efforts.
With this strategy, we aim to:
Make it easier to find accurate, timely, and accessible information
Uphold our promise to be accountable and transparent
Create an environment for broader and more inclusive civic engagement
Better connect you to Town services, programs, and initiatives
Streamline our processes to make the most of Town communications resources
Public input is essential to this process and will help us build a strategy that incorporates the most effective and efficient methods of communication for our community.
The draft Communications Strategy will be presented to Council in 2024.
