1326 Innisfil Beach Road, Alcona - ISM OPA

The owner of the subject lands has submitted an Official Plan Amendment application which proposes to redesgnate to the Downtown Commercial Core.  This designation will permit the development of a mixed use development with Commercial/Office along the Innisfil Beach Road frontage incorporating the existing Heritage dwelling.  The balance of the site is proposed to have a u-shaped multi storey residential component with and internal courtyard.  The Public Meeting is scheduled for July 15, 2020.  See attached information documents.
