1905 Simcoe Boulevard - By-law Amendment to the Community Planning Permit System (CPPS) 'Our Shore' By-law 062-17
The purpose of the application is to facilitate an addition to the existing non-complying two-storey dwelling on the subject lands. The proposed addition is approximately 87.82m2 in ground floor area and 168.46m2 in gross floor area. The applicant is seeking a CPPS By-law Amendment under Section 4.17.2 of the CPPS By-law to permit an increase in the ground floor area of the existing non-complying dwelling by 88.4% where the By-law permits a maximum percentage increase in existing ground floor area of 50%.
