640 Mapleview Drive Planning Application
The Town has received a Zoning By-law amendment application (File: D14-2021-001) that seeks to permit the creation of one (1) single detached rural residential lot on the subject lands. The portion of the lands subject to the proposed "Residential Rural (RR)" rezoning is adjacent (west) of the existing single detached rural dwelling located at 650 Mapleview Drive. The balance of the lands are proposed to be rezoned "Agriculture General Exception (AG-XX)" to account for the deficiency in the required lot area minimum standard in the Town's Zoning By-law 080-13.
