Project Background

A section of Raynor Court has been treated as an unopened road allowance. To date, it has been utilized by residents but not maintained by the Town. In order for the Town’s Operations department to maintain the road to meet minimum maintenance standards, the laneway improvements are essential.

The Town retained an Engineering Consultant to provide consulting services to complete a detailed design and provide contract administration services for the project.

As part of the design process a Neighbourhood Drop-In was held on November 12^th, 2019 at Town Hall. Residents local to the project were invited to be introduced to the design team, project drawings, and in return provide any questions or comments on the project.
