IBR & 20th SR. Something needs to be done!

Why not have traffic lights there? Widen IBR to West of tracks. Reduce speed limit to 40 from plaza lights to other side of new lights, and sync lights so that the Eastbound light at plaza gets a go ahead flashing green, so that the traffic from 20th SB doesn’t get backed up into the intersection. 1 traffic light at 20th SB & IBR and another after the tracks at NB 20th & IBR. THIS shouldn’t be difficult to do, and make that intersection safer IMO
