Ward Boundary and Council Composition Review
In 2023, Council approved the creation of an ad hoc Ward Boundary Review Committee as part of an overall Municipal Elections Engagement Plan. The Ward Boundary Review Ad Hoc Committee is reviewing the ward boundaries in Innisfil and will make recommendations to Council to ensure the boundaries provide fair representation. Committee members will:
- Follow the Ward Boundary Review process set by Council
- Engage, consult and communicate with Innisfil residents and key stakeholders
- Provide a report on ward boundary options and recommendations for Council's consideration
